Migdal Hachsharat Hayeshuv is located in the BBC business complex in Bnei Brak, which is considered one of the largest and most developing business complexes in Israel. The tower is an architectural icon thanks to its spectacular design, high visibility and prominent presence throughout the area.
40 floors of commerce and offices were erected over a luxurious and spacious lobby that is carefully designed and rises to a height of 10 m.
The tower was built on private land and features 4 spacious and easy-to-access parking basements.

I worked with Aluton alumium products on a very delicate and complicated projects back in the days - building a brand new skyscraper in which all walls were made with unitized system technology (USCW). the process was intense but i was very pleased with the results - best quality walls, composed in the safest way and the shortest schedule.
